Charges Our charges are straight forward at £45 for the first hour and £35/hour thereafter. This covers all types of computer work undertaken onsite or offsite. We can also quote fixed prices for project type work or for outsourced mangaged services  (please ask for more details)

1. Troubleshooting: Fixing software or hardware with the aim to cure. If more than an hour is required an assessment will be made and you will be given the options with an estimated time for completion. (Sometimes we may suggest removing hardware for certain remedial work) 2. Training: We offer training in the use of all popular software like Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Outlook Express, Internet Explorer etc. We also conduct training in numerous other makers products like LINUX, Open Office, Firefox Web Browser and Thunderbird Email Client… just ask. We will construct a training course around your exact needs, typically covering 3 sessions of 3 hours duration 3. Internet: We recommend, install and configure internet connections and train you in its use i.e. how to use search engines and how to promote your business online etc… 4. Software: We provide, install and configure all software for you i.e. Windows, Email… We are also happy to move you to Linux based Open Source softaware to save you expense and improve your efficiency 6.
