Our policy is to keep costs down by carrying out work in the appropriate location. This may mean removing hardware from your site to carry out remedial work. This is often necessary due to the extended time needed for fixing or restoring computer systems and for stress testing the systems before and after the fix

Unlike the common practice within the computer industry of providing quick but shallow fixes, we prefer to rebuild the software systems in order to get you back to a more robust state, which will last longer before the system goes wrong again which is an inevitable with Windows based computers
